Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Social Icon Kit (the “Service”), operated by Buried LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

The Service can be used without an account. By uploading an image and completing payment, you start using the Service.

2. Pricing & Payment

  1. The Service is offered at USD 5 per job.
  2. Payment is processed via Stripe by credit card.
  3. Charges are per-job; we do not run subscriptions.

3. Refunds

The Service delivers digital goods immediately, so payments are generally non-refundable. If we fail to deliver due to our fault, you may request a refund of the amount paid for the affected job by contacting us.

4. Intellectual Property

  1. You retain rights to images you upload (the “Input Images”) and represent that you have the necessary rights to use them.
  2. Output images generated by the Service belong to you. Output may include content generated by Google Cloud Vertex AI, which is also subject to Google’s applicable terms.
  3. You are solely responsible for ensuring that Input Images do not infringe third-party rights. We are not liable for damages arising from such infringement.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  1. Violating any law or public order
  2. Uploading images that infringe IP, portrait, privacy, or other rights of third parties
  3. Imposing excessive load on our servers, network, or APIs
  4. Reverse engineering or decompiling the Service
  5. Anything we determine to be inappropriate

6. Service Availability

We may suspend or interrupt the Service without prior notice for maintenance, incidents, or outages of upstream providers (payment, AI cloud, etc.). We are not liable for damages arising from such suspension.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  1. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of completeness, accuracy, applicability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
  2. Except for our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages. Where we are liable, our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the affected job.

8. Changes

We may amend these Terms at our discretion. Updated Terms take effect once posted on this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute related to the Service in the first instance.
