Buried LLC (“we”, “us”) operates Social Icon Kit (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information collected through the Service.

1. Information We Collect

1. Images you upload (“Input Images”)
2. Email address obtained via Stripe, Inc. during payment
3. Access logs (IP address, User-Agent, request timestamp)

Credit card and other payment details are collected and stored directly by Stripe, Inc. We do not retain payment card information.

2. How We Use Information

1. To provide the Service (image generation and ZIP download)
2. To process payments
3. To prevent fraud and detect malicious access
4. For aggregate, non-identifiable analytics that improve the Service
5. To respond to your inquiries

3. Retention

1. Input images: deleted within 24 hours pre-checkout. Generated ZIPs and job metadata are kept for 7 days and then deleted automatically.
2. Access logs: retained for approximately 90 days.

4. Sharing & Subprocessors

We share personal information with the following processors as needed to provide the Service:

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing
• Google LLC (Google Cloud / Vertex AI) — AI processing of input images (background removal, outpainting, image classification)
• Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) — usage analytics with IP anonymization enabled
• Cloudflare, Inc. — Workers / R2 / Pages / Queues for delivery and storage

These processors may be located in the United States or elsewhere. Their handling of personal information is governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and equivalent technologies to deliver the Service and prevent abuse.

We also use Google Analytics 4 provided by Google LLC to measure usage and improve the Service. Google Analytics uses cookies to track user behavior, but we enable IP anonymization, and we do not collect personally identifying information through this channel. See Google’s policy on partner sites for details. We do not use cookies for advertising.
